Terms of service

These terms of service ("terms") govern your access to and use of the Repostry website at https://repostry.app and the Repostry iOS application (together, the "service"), which are provided by Xata Technologies OPC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptance of terms

You accept these terms by using the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of the service

Repostry is an iOS application that publishes vertical video to third-party platforms (currently TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook) via each platform's official publishing API. We do not host, stream, or permanently store your videos after they are delivered to the destination platforms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If your country's digital consent age is higher than 13, you must meet that age. You must also have the legal capacity to accept these terms and be permitted to use each third-party platform you connect.

Accounts and third-party platforms

To publish, you connect third-party accounts (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) to the app via each platform's official OAuth flow. We never ask for or store the passwords of those platforms. We receive a scoped access token from each platform that lets the app upload on your behalf. You can revoke any connection at any time in the app or from the corresponding platform's settings.

Your use of each third-party platform is also governed by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, data retention, moderation, or pricing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Publish harmful content, including child sexual abuse material, targeted harassment, or illegal content of any kind.
• Run spam, scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or automated abuse.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

Your content

You keep all rights to videos, captions, thumbnails, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content only to the extent necessary to deliver it to the platforms you have chosen, for the time needed to complete the publishing operation.

You are responsible for having all rights and permissions to publish the content you upload, including rights to any music, footage, or likenesses it contains.

Beta service

During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge and is subject to change, interruption, or discontinuation without notice. Features available in beta may be removed, modified, or moved behind a paid plan at or after general availability.

Fees

There are no fees during the beta period. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and give you a chance to cancel before any charge.

Intellectual property

The service, the Repostry name, the logo, and the design are owned by Xata Technologies OPC and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or trade dress without our prior written permission.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that posts will be delivered to every platform every time — third-party APIs fail, and we cannot guarantee their uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xata Technologies OPC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with the service. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Xata Technologies OPC against any third-party claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting platforms and removing the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Xata Technologies OPC's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and make a reasonable effort to let you know through the service or by email. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
